THE FREE-FLOATING ROTOR drive system
allows the shaft to turn independently of the rotor, directing energy from the pedal board straight to the beater. The design also uses friction-reducing ball bearings to optimize the already incredibly smooth, gravity-defying action.
FEATURING: a host of refinements and upgrades, the legendary line of 5000 Series
Bass Drum Pedals features a choice of Accelerator (offset), Turbo (center) Double Chain and
Sprocket or classic Nylon Strap drive systems. Along with aluminum hex shafts, pedal plates and linkages, dual side adjusting hoop clamp, DWSM101 two-way beater and built-in spurs, these pedals can be customized to fi t the needs of any player.
CONSISTING OF THREE INTEGRAL ELEMENTS, DW’s Delta Tri-Bearing System forms the core of the 5000 Series Delta pedals. The first part, DW’s patented Ball Bearing Hinge, is state-of-the-art in hinge design.The ball bearings virtually eliminate friction while keeping perfect alignment so you can feel the foot board working with you. The second element of the Delta Tri-Bearing system is the Spring Rocker. Bearings employed at either side of the post casting reduce friction and complete the Delta system.
PUSH-LOCK™ MOUNTING SYSTEM is
incorporated on both the 9200 Double Conga Stand and 9600 Tim bale Stand. A reverse-screw mechanism securely holds drums and eliminates the need for wing nuts or washers.
THE 9702 DUAL CYMBAL Multi-Stand
is designed to give drummers almost limitless setup options. The versatile stand features dual ratchet boom, mega-tripod base, heavy-gauge 1.25” tubing and toothless titers. With the 9702, less hardware is needed to accomplish the same task while never sacrificing stability.
