Safety Switch

The safety switch is located behind the rear fender. To operate the vehicle, the switch cap must be connected to the safety switch. The switch cap is attached to a rope. This rope should be controlled be parents or instructor. In an emergency, they must pull out the safety switch cap to stop the engine.

Fuel Tank

Fuel tank capacity is 3.5 liters including 0.8 of a liter in the reserve supply. Automotive gasoline with an octane level of 91 or higher may be used. The fuel should be premixed with 2-stroke oil at a ratio of 50:1. After refueling, be sure to tighten the tank cap firmly.MANUAL STARTER

This vehicle is started by using the manual rope. Manual rope is located at left side of vehicle. make sure vehicle is stopped and set the stop-brake before starting engine. Standing in front of the vehicle is hazardous. Two stage to operate hand pull starter:

1. Pull out the rope knot slowly and lightly in the range of 10-15 cm in order to make sure that the gear is engaged
2. Pull out the rope heavily amid quickly to start the engine.

THROTTLE CABLE

Inspect the throttle cable’s condition and operation. Replace the cable if it has become worn or kinked. Lubricate the cable with lubricant to prevent premature wear or corrosion. Adjustments can be made with the adjuster beside the throttle lever. Loosen the lock nut and turn the adjuster. Free play of 5-10 mm should be maintained.
