Auto Focus Power Zoom Lens

The X12 auto focus zoom lens uses video auto focus system to automatically maintain focus and to allow you to zoom in and out for tel or wide angle shots at just the touch of the zoom button.

F.FWD Button

Press this button during stop or rewind mode, and fast-forwarding starts. Press the button during playback of tape, and the tape is played back in the forward direction approximately 7 times faster than the normal speed to confirm the recorded content. Press PLAY button to return to normal playback mode or press STOP button to stop tape movement. Also use F.FWD button when setting the date/time.

Note: After using the camera/recorder, wipe off the sand or water droplets carefully from the case before opening it. Since water droplets or sand may remain under the buckle, release the buckle in the condition shown in the figure and wipe off the water droplets or sand carefully.

Adjusting the Hand Strap

Adjust the hand strap, as illustrated. Adjust the length of the hand strap so you can press the Start/Stop button and power zoom switch easily with your fingers.

Lens Cap

Attach the lens cap to protect the lens when carrying or storing the camera/recorder. During shooting attach the lens cap as shown in the figure to prevent it from being lost.
