USB Port plug

This piece plugs into the computer, or can be used with USB extension cable, to allow plug and play operation. MP3 player should be turned off when plugging into USB port.

Next song/volume up key

This key has 2 functions:

• Press this key for less than 1 second and MP3 will go to the next song in memory. Repeat as necessary.
• Press and hold this key for more than 3 seconds and volume will increase. Release key when desired volume is reached.

PC

Windows ME, 2000, XP, and VISTA users can transfer songs by simply connecting the MP3 directly to the computer via the USB port or with the USB extension cable included. No driver installation required.

Users of Windows 98 or below must install the CD software driver before connecting the MP3 player to their PC for the first time. If the computer does not have a USB port, compatible USB hardware will need to be purchased.

Uninstall in MAC OS 10.3 and above

1. Choose “Untitled” disk
2. Click the menu “others” and choose “pull out” then click
3. When the system indicates, “ Now you can pull the box-hardware from USB equipment, because Macintosh has finished its management”, then click “OK” to pull out the MP3 player from the USB interface

When transferring music from the computer to the MP3 the transfer speed must be at the lowest rate, 128 kbs. This can be changed in the music organizer’s settings. If the transfer speed is not at the lowest rate of 128 kbs, then songs may not transfer correctly and therefore not play
