Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the product – if it will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.

This appliance is equip ed with a PTC resetting protection device. This is a safety feature to protect the appliance from overload. If the appliance should  suddenly stop and will not start, turn off the main switch and pull the plug off may result in the appliance starting unexpectedly when the device resets.

Before moving the chair, be sure to remove the power plug from the outlet. Be careful not to step the power cord during movement. Be sure to move the chair with the assistance of another person on an easily damaged floor surface or concrete surface. Before moving the chair, make sure that the head rest is securely attached.

Be careful when moving the chair by holding the head rest as doing so may cause the head rest to tilt forward. The chair can be carried by two persons with each holding the arm rest on the left and the right respectively. In this case, however, ensure that the control is not raised.
