Sparco Harness Bar Installation – Honda Integra 94-01

INSTALLATION
- Assemble the harness support rods as shown below using the provided hem joints and nuts. Leave at least ¼” of thread showing on each hem joint to allow for adjustment during installation. Do not fully tighten the nuts at this time. NOTE: One end of each of the support rods has reversed thread
- On both sides of the vehicle’s interior, remove the plastic factory shoulder belt bolt cover and remove the upper bolt as shown here.
- Remove the fiber retaining washer, the small spacer, and lock washer. Leave the large flat washer in place. Use the supplied small spacer as shown and install the harness bar into the vehicle. Do not tighten the bolts at this time.
- Remove the lower seat belt mount cover and remove the bolt.
- Remove all of the factory hardware from the factory bolt. Slide the factory small steel washer, factory wavy washer, and the plastic washer onto the supplied bolt. Assemble the rest of the hardware as shown. Do not fully tighten the bolt at this time.
NOTE: Spin the hem joint all the way into the support rod and tighten the nut before sliding it onto the bolt.
