INSTALLATION

Assemble the harness support rods as shown below using the provided hem joints and nuts. Leave at least ¼” of thread showing on each hem joint to allow for adjustment during installation. Do not fully tighten the nuts at this time.

NOTE: The end of the support rod with the line around it is reverse thread. There are 2 reverse thread hem joints and nuts as well.

On both sides of the vehicle’s interior, unsnap the plastic upper seat belt bolt cover and remove the upper bolt as shown here. Disassemble the factory hardware.Using the factory hardware as shown here, install the harness bar into the vehicle. Do not fully tighten at this time.

Remove the factory seat bolt cover and remove the bolt. Remove the lower belt mount bolt.

Connect the lower support rod bracket to the factory belt mounting location using the hardware shown here. P reinstall the bolt for the support rod before installing bracket into vehicle
